Why do stink bugs get such a bad rap
When I’ve never caught a whiff of their smell?
I’m sick and tired of this “stink bug” crap
The entomologists did not name them well

Well, it’s another day out in the garden. Just checkin’ things out here, making sure everyone’s got what they need in order to grow awfully big and strong. But they’re not the only ones that need to be big and strong.

Met her at the farmer’s market
Reaching for the same misshapen fruit
Our eyes met across the pears

Is all that I need for life to start
